Diamond’s Rotary Excavator cutter head comes in 2 sizes, 60″ and 72″

60″ Excavator head Features:

Excavator Cutter head weight is 2000 lbs.

Built to cut up to 6″ diameter trees.

Cutter head deck is built with 100,000 lb rated steel housing.

Cutting assembly is a 30.5″ solid steel round dish that is 1″ thick, with (3) heat treated inserts welded into place.

Cutting assembly has (3) 1/2″ x 4″ x 20″ 360^o swinging, single edged,heavy duty brush knives, attached to the dish with heavy duty keyed blade bolts, castle nuts, and roll pins.

Spindle is one piece, cut from 8630 steel.

72″ Excavator head Features:

Cutter head weight is 2280 lbs.

Built to cut up to 10″ diameter trees

Cutter head deck is built with 100,000 lb rated steel housing.

Cutting assembly is 51″solid steel round dish that is 1″ thick, with (3) heat treated inserts welded into place.
