Cutting assembly has (3) 1/2″ x 4″ x 20″ 360^o swinging, single edged,heavy duty brush knives, attached to the dish with heavy duty keyed blade bolts, castle nuts, and roll pins.

Spindle is one piece, cut from 8630 steel.
